and u call Klichko boring---so this is interesting?
-
this fight is total shit . Klichko never had such a fight
-
@RaulGroom rooney was the only thing keeping tyson diciplinded after rooney left tyson cut back on training and partyed alot more and was out of shape against buster
-
@RaulGroom firstly- buster is a good fighter secondly- it was a fluke for buster thirdly- how does one loss in his early career back up your argument and lastly anyone that noes anything about boxing also nos tysons prime was 1985-1988 due to problems such as parting ith his manager and firing kevin rooney plus hes marriage was going down the drain and he got involved with don king
-
@elmoskater yeah, I'm familiar with the argument. it's wrong. Tyson was 23 years old when he lost to Buster Douglas. You can't get any more "prime" than that. You can always make excuses for a fighter after the fact, but the reality is Mike was never as good as we thought he was.
-
@RaulGroom no the fights he lost was coz he was out of his prime he use to smash big accurate guys till he ent to priosn then when he got out he as a complety different(not as good) fighter

@IRONSEAN7 never say never
-
@RaulGroom No, Don King derailed his comeback tries.
-
Though Tyson dominates every round, you can see the seeds of the troubles he would later have against big, accurate punchers. He gets hit too much at range and doesn't react well to being tied up. When the other fighter is busy on the outside, Tyson forgets to use foot movement and stands there waiting to get hit. All the things that would later cause him to lose the title and derail his comeback tries.
there will never be another 19 year old to take over the world like this ever again

I don't blame Ferguson for hodling, especially with a broken nose.
