this isn't coming, this game was only released on ps2 in japan, and everyone else got it way later on the ds.

I really wish Squenix would quit teasing us with videos of these games, and then, without warning, change their mind about American distribution. First, you stiff us on Dragon Warrior IV for the PlayStation, then, you refuse to release Dragon Quest V for the PS2, and you even beat us out of Dragon Quest Yangus! *Smacks fist into palm.* QUIT IT!!! Or I'ma beat you like you owe me money!
