I really don't appreciate the fact that anyone would do a mix like this to make people think that the ELVIS I KNEW would in any way be irreverant and make fun or play around with JD when he was doing a song ELVIS LOVED DEARLY. Also ELVIS was very very much in LOVE with The LORD and he proved that over and over because he wasen't supposed to do any gospel songs in a rock and roll show. When ELVIS made up his mind RCA nor the Colornal could stop him from singing a gospel song. Hugs Bobbie

there were a bunch of ignorant people on another youtube elvis site that had the nerve to question elvis sincerity concerning his beleief in god. elvis was very religious... too much for rca that tried to tone him down.they failed.cstanchik

@PresleyStudios He is explaining what he did to make JD laugh. He had been talking with Kathy Westmoreland about the fans thinking he could walk on water. So she bought him a pair of inflatable shoes (floaty feet she called them). He started the song and went off stage and put them on and waddled out walking like a duck.

He explained that "Kathy - Minnie Mouse I call her" had given him the shoes between shows.

I agree with spiritclue, this is one of the best Elvis recordings, as it show how real Elvis was and he wonderful sense of humour, ever time I hear Elvis starting to giggle, it brings laughter and joy in my heart, Elvis laughing does not take away his love or respect for the lord, even Jesus Christ had a wonderful sense of humour
