I combined various videos and TV shows, along with some photos and my narration together. I just want to tell everyone, especially ladies, that you are really beautiful just the way you are. Please do not force yourself to be super skinny. I hope that the video can be an encouragement or reminder to help eating disorder patients. So please enjoy and do paste this on various sites and get the message of healthy living spread! Say no to size zero!

wow, good job, really. You changed my view on being skinny. Being THAT skinny is aweful, but still. I have not ana. But I started puking all the food I ate out. But now I only puke the unhealthy things out..like candy or McDonalds..But whenever my friends tell me that I have like thick fingers (which I have ) I just want to cry. I have thick wrists and stuff I want it gone. I CAN'T starve myself. So I eat what I want but I just puke it out..But I don't lose any weight. I only gained weight.

i don't like though that people assume if you're skinnier you're shallow or have anorexia, anorexia is a mental condition, fast metabolism and staying fit! is not. I'm diabetic and can't eat certain foods that could cause rapid weight gain, I also exercise and have a fast metabolism, so yes I am skinny, but NOT anorexic
