This demonstrates how to create an application that is completely self-contained and is drag-and-droppable/relocatable. Frameworks, PlugIns, and Resources are embedded in the .app bundle, thus avoiding the need for installers and avoiding issues like dll-hell. There is also a quick demonstration on how to enable Universal Binary building at 15:46.

Wow, the YouTube low-res really makes the screencast nearly useless. You might try the above link for the original higher-res videos. Or if you have an AppleTV (or maybe an iPhone), you might be able to pull more directly from the original higher res H.264 submission. This movie was recorded at an even higher resolution than the first 3 parts so the resolution cap is even more detrimental.
