An overview video about the Civil Rights Movement in the USA that happened during the 1950s and 60s. Includes Brown vs the Board of Education, Rosa Parks and the Montgomery Bus Boycott, the Sit-ins, Freedom Rides, Birmingham, Alabama, the March on Washington, culminating in the 1964 Civil Rights Act. It also includes information on the march between Selma and Montgomery as well as Malcolm X, his assassination and finally the assassination of Martin Luther King in 1968.
