Cost $300... but how do I get one? Where does a 'lil residential housewife find information. Most sites are catered to industrial use or other countries. (I am U.S.A.) Even Motorwind does not seem to have any order placing areas. Any help is appreciated!

Ah, young Padaone with a wooden lightsaber, you still have much to learn young grasshopper. Actually there is a load, you just can't see the battery attached on the floor. Secondly, I don't understand where you get the logic about giant booms to hold and support the turbines. All of them are designed and proven to run and operate in typhoon conditions of 50 m/s / 180km/h / 112 mp/h.

1- no load
2- In order to have load the thing would have to be larger causeing it to have massive booms to support the turbines and use massive winds to move it since the rudder must be massive as well to move it.
3- it runs horizontal using lots of space. ( would be better them all being on a single vertical pole).

@jlechinvestec ok how much does it produce?
If it isnt that much then everything must be expanded. This little thing you got going is cute but wont generate squat IMO. Anything over 500 watts is worth looking at. Under doesnt pay since I want my bank juiced in a hurry. Sustained wind is key in this from what I can tell.
Make the boom 30ft long on each side and then we will talk on me being a newbie. Also where is the generator itself PMG PMA anything???

@YiuTeub The unit runs 90% of the time + versus a conventional turbine that operates only 15-25% of the time, when looking at daily accumulated power there is a lot more value for money than a regular turbine. Plus you can't place a 30ft boom on either side in a urban environment.

thirdly, you have different wind speeds at different elevations above the ground thereby making the system impractical and inefficient when using connected cogs.
