Holy Land Experience - Don't waist your money

On 12/20/11 we took a trip to the Holy Land Experience in Orlando, FL. This is the video of our trip.

Pros:
Bible Museum
Large Israel Miniature (what an oxymoron)
The Wilderness Tabernacle

Cons:
Cardboard cutout characters
Little interaction with live characters
Catholicism throughout which makes no sense for "Holy Land"
A few stores that sell the same things you can buy in any good Bible Book Store
Large marketing of TBN products
Market place of street merchants with no street merchants and one store in the market place
Wax Museum with pasty white Jesus with blonde hair and blue eyes.

i actually used to work there.so much has changed since TBN took over.The place is corrupt and treats their employees awful.If you email me your email, I can email you a poem I wrote after I quit that place and posted it on my fb.There used to be interaction on the street, as I used to be one of them.We did skits, danced, sung, and were in character with the guests, but of course,

oh, i could go on about discrimination even against those who were handicapped, injured, etc who got fired or hours cut..or about the things they make u do that are unsafe, or how many illegal things go on, or osha rules broken.

goes to show how much they care about their employees. they fire those injustly and don't do what's right to employees who deserve it

TBN took that away as it was taking away from "the shows". saw us better suited as guest services. Most of my dept quit or got fired. There is only like one or two left in my dept. Used to be 30 of us. Every zone had at least one or two of us. But they treated us like slaves and took away so many great things. They have so much potential, but they just keep taking away the good stuff and glorifying themselves.I was abused physically and verbally, and nothing worth mentioning was really done
