A lot of people like to judge the homeless/less fortunate but few have actually taken the time to talk to someone from that walk of life.
I found Marshall on the corner of King St. and Spadina Ave. in Toronto to hear his story and try to clear up some questions that I've had.
This was originally made for a performance art sketchbook under the assignment guideline of "perform a generous act".

when you ask a homeless man how his average day is, and he says "not bad" it really makes you think about your own stupid problems
although i would say ask if they mind talking to you before turning the camera on.
