Bangkok is the place. Faces of Bangkok, working people, walking people, students, shoppers, street vendors and a variety of others from everyday life in Bangkok. Filmed in the areas around Ramkamhaeng, Sukhumvit, Ladprao, Asoke, Silom, Sathorn and the Chao Phrya River. Lots of smiles back then.

This video has a Luk Tung music soundtrack with songs from Bao Vi and Biew Kaliani, a duet, Gon Klua Yang Wan, plus Luong Gai with "To Ma Bok Wa Kid Tuong".

It was fun to make. I hope you will enjoy watching.

  • what is the song at 6:00?

  • @Mrwinner0001 The second song is To Ma Bok Wa Kit Tuong by Luong Gai. Both songs are noted at the end of the video. I should have put them earlier in the time line. Thanks for viewing.

  • Thank you, Phrakanong! You make really good videos that are easy to watch. I was there last January (2011), and , like so many other people who leave comments, fell in love with the place, and can't wait to go back again! I saw so many different things. The temples, Siam Center and Siam Paragon (Food Court !), and the contrast of seeing Father Joe's Mercy Centre and Khlong Toey. I hope to be there again this coming January, 2012. I'm so impressed with the polite, respectful people there.

  • @talladale Thank you for the nice comment. Many people share your sentiments.

  • thanxx for this nice video - phom khitthüng thailand maagmaag -

what´s the name of the first song ?

    fine greetings from vienna;-)

  • @daschmeikel The name of the song is "Kon Klua Yang Wan" meaning something like salt can still be sweet in reference to life and love together and in difficult times life can still be sweet if there is love. This is sung by Bao Vi and Bieu Kaliani. The music credits are at the end of the video. I should have placed them earlier in the timeline.

    Thanks for your comment.
