  • The landscape around you looks so inviting... Sometimes, since I don't have such a giant pumpkin at home, I lift my 3 year old son the same way - he loves it!

  • That's great I'm going to have to try out your workout routine with my nieces and nephews :)

  • hahah ok king diddydee, this was a fun video to watch! i too am enjoying the great weather we are having for november- but british columbia sure does look beautiful. i've officially placed it in my places to visit in 2012. how do you like living there as a raw foodist, are fruits and veggies easily accesible? are you a raw foodist?

  • @yeahmylene Along the coast in Southern B.C. it wouldn't be difficult to eat raw. The Okanagan -a very distinct region in B.C. is renowned for it's variety of summer fruit and anywhere near Vancouver would be great but Northern B.C would, no doubt, be very difficult to sustain a raw diet. As for me, my diet is an unequal amalgam of Dr. McDougall and Dr. Doug Graham. I tend more toward an 80/10/10 diet. Great question -how about you? :)

  • @bookconsumption usually my diet consists of fruits, veggies, brown rice and fish. my transition to raw food is taking me a long time, but i hope to get there someday. i am working on my mental strength in fusion with intuitive eating. 80/10/10 is where i aspire to be.

  • @yeahmylene You'll get there, :) transition often takes a lot of time -it certainly did for me. By the way, I really loved your "mm yum" video complimented by the lollipop song. The pomegranate juice was scintillating! :) I was also pretty jealous at the farmer's market you attended -in my area farmer's markets are quite rare...but on the other hand, farms are not. -All the best Mylene :)
