@Noiadohss Sabbath, Judas Priest, Led zepplin, Then slayer, Metallica, venom, hellhammer. all those bands brought pantera, sepultura. The trend of the 90's in metal is still rollin today.

@horsedick75 actually the "Fathers" of metal are the guys from Sabbath and Dio, than Metallica influenced the new generation, and bands like Pantera and Sepultura helped metal to survive in the 90's.
