These are all things which are essential in increasing your vertical leap. If you are already on a program don't be afraid to alter it, you see... by doing more than 15 repetitions in any jump drill, you will train your muscle-endurance,not your jump-explosion.
(In other words: You won't jump HIGHER)
You MUST train HARD and EXPLOSIVELY, with high intensity and low repetitions.
(Strength + Quickness = Explosion)

Weight training -> Weight training is perhaps the quickest way to increase muscle fiber size and strength and therefore explosion.
plyometrics -> Strength is nothing without quickness added to it. A program must train quickness. Keep focus on explosion and not endurance.
Quality NOT(NEVER) quality. This is very very very important.
Diet information -> You MUST know what to eat to increase your gains. You have no idea the difference it makes.

But since my accident in 2004 I haven't been able to leap at all. And all I want to do at this point is to help athletes like you by sharing my experience.

cool, you should give weights a try, theres a few good programs out there that work pretty well.

hey,,watch my videos..we already got huge verticals of 35" and 38" without doing any jump training and we are thinking of doing the air alert jump program
Nice! ive made a "before" vid of my vert too. ive just started a weights program. what type of one are you doing???

i did a pliometric prog i've made by myself...
nut i can't see tehe results cuz i've been not playing for 1month and lost some of my physicals skills, but i hope it will come back soon
