  • @tammimarie I will try to do this video for you all! I was feeling great with eliminating gluten from my diet but I still knew that I could feel better... and now I do! (: xx I still don´t eat gluten...

  • With any vegetarian diet it's best to take a B 12/B complex supplement. B vitamins are very important, the US food industry wipes out all the potential B (vitamin B come from bacteria) on fruits and veggies. Good luck!! Looking good! :)

    i have been going through kind of a rough time and havent had time to just thnk about what im eating but this really REALLY helped me get back on track

  • Hi! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate got ripped Six pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

  • @Bunzypoo I'm the same. Here's how I do it.. Three times a week go out and run. Start of walking with a small jog interval. Next week increase your jogging time a small amount. Do this every week until you can run :) It seems simple/ stupid but it seriously is the best way to do it. Rather than attempting to run straight away when your body isn't used to it. Hope this helps.
