Chris Hannigan, Vincent Stipo, Jeremy Simpson, and Ron Penhall basecamp at 10,000ft near Crystal Lake. Incredible views of the surrounding peaks and backcountry lakes. Sore backs, legs, toes, knees, and altitude headaches plagued the best of everyone.

Great music choice, to bring emotion and heart into what was clearly a great and moving adventure! I can relate and yet enjoy without leaving home (tough economic times). Production at 1hr/minute of video is "efficient". My vid required 4hrs/min. Great job conveying the spirit of the mountains and comradare w/friends. Cheers!

we measured the water temp at 45 degrees near the shallow edge, i expect the deep stuff was even colder. Many hikes in Mineral King, we always find snow above 10,000 during our Memorial day hikes each year.
