  • ilove 4 you me ok lo my ok lol ve gwe yeque ilke <3

  • Got to get your dvd

  • you got too be one of the best coaches on youtube .... but when i watch some of the pad work i always see kids throwing the combo and not puting their hands back to their face asap!!!!! when i hit the mitts with my fighters and their hands dont come right back i dont even finish the combination because i believe if you let hit slide its going slowly develop into a real bad habit. just look at 3:14 where her hands are but youre still great and i will be showing off your vids to my fighters .

  • Coach Rick. Thank you for being so open with all you knowledge. There are so many people who covet things unnecessarily and you are always positive and willing to share. Sincere gratitude.

  • anyone know what pads he uses?

  • hi coach Rick, i would like to know if you have videos about defense techniques?? im good wit the offence and the footwork, but my defense nedd some help :P

  • Just so I'm clear on something, I need to ask if whenever you move are you supposed to bob your head down too. Or was she just doing it as part of her stance? I do martial arts and we were told to keep the head still while we move unless we are bobbing and weaving of course. I am new-ish to boxing so I am curious of their footwork. Hope to hear a response soon Thanks for the vid :)

  • @yigotown80 your not the only 1 but if u do the drills u can still be succesful...

  • I dont have access to any boxing or MMA gym so this helps a lot....Thanks
