i actually tried this once during allergy season for my nose. since a guy with short hair made this video, a quick safety tip for the ladies (& maybe a few gentelmen) with long hair: TIE IT BACK before u use this remedy. if ur hair gets in the steam water & then touches ur skin 'cause u didn't tie it back, it can burn u bad. no one told me this before i tried it & i had to learn it the hard way, by getting burned. guess i didn't think that far. whoops. wear a ponytail or,better yet, a bun.

know what you could probably do with it after though? Use it as a gargle for gingivitis! I thought I had a cavity once was so painfull but turned out it was gum infection and I cured it with camomile gargle before my dentist apointment, and she told me it was probably just something stuck
