  • i actually tried this once during allergy season for my nose. since a guy with short hair made this video, a quick safety tip for the ladies (& maybe a few gentelmen) with long hair: TIE IT BACK before u use this remedy. if ur hair gets in the steam water & then touches ur skin 'cause u didn't tie it back, it can burn u bad. no one told me this before i tried it & i had to learn it the hard way, by getting burned. guess i didn't think that far. whoops. wear a ponytail or,better yet, a bun.

  • know what you could probably do with it after though? Use it as a gargle for gingivitis! I thought I had a cavity once was so painfull but turned out it was gum infection and I cured it with camomile gargle before my dentist apointment, and she told me it was probably just something stuck

  • Eczema: Viola Tricolor Active Ingredients - Rutins & Saponins Cream - Place glass bowl above boiling water 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil, teaspoon beeswax (4 or 5 granules), 2 teaspoons emulsifying wax. 15 viola heads 2 tablespoons dried chamomile into water below strain flowers once water stained yellow (10 minutes) add 250ml of infusion to oil mixture half tablespoon glycerin 1 tablespoon vitamin C powder Acne: Marigold (Calendula Officinalis) James Wong - Grow Your Own Drugs
