Excuse me. I just wanted to know where I should start? I want to exercise and work out to be healthy and build up muscles. I'm 17 and male. I think I'm around 130-140 pounds. I like this video but I'm not really sure where to start and what exercises, how to exercise, when to exercise, etc.

Great video! I really enjoyed watching it because it was very well explained and you have a nice, calm voice. It's very relaxing to listen to. :) I'm gonna start with these exercises as well.

@MzDae26 As I mentioned before: Muscles need rest between exercise to get stronger. So every 2nd day is a maximum. I usually do the same exercise only twice a week, but it is important that I have made the muscles really, really tired during exercise.
