If Julio Rivera tucked his legs in a bit more he might have gone 101 or 102 MPH. I know, easier said than done. He should look into wearing an Areo helmet & suit, like what high speed snow skiers wear. He would add a couple of more MPH to his record breaking speed. Still Amazing!
