I talked to same person he did say, that place was golghondy, no questions asked. he also said there was a swiming pool right there too, but its hiden from the video.

@TheAdamjan1 When you visit the Gholghundi sometime check if find some swimming pool or a view like this take video a for me to prove it. i grow up at the same place but did not seen any swimming pool or like this video view.The mountines in this video is very near as Kabul mountines from Istalif, but from Golghudi mountines of Kohistan view is very long and higher mountines than this. ;)

@TheAdamjan1 First: Shamali is not a province !!! Second Shamali is A plain or DARAH with 4 provinces !!! and finaly and third that is not GOLGHONDY as you said. There is two Golghondy in shamali first near Charikar city and second near Golbahar Textil company in Kapisa and both places was only jungle on that time she taped the video with no concrete building in GolGhonies as it appear in video. It may be most likely Estalef which is also tourist popular place in Shamali plain.

I would be a pure afghan if I had the chance to live my life in my birth place. I experienced migration right after my birth till now that I am 26.but I can still feel that I belong to the place of my birth,afghanistan ,so proud of afghanistan
