Sheriff Joe is full of crap!! This is Joe at his best, putting a show for the people. The Federal Gov. is stopping him for his abuse of authority. Next they will be stopping him for corruption, how he lines his pockets with corrupt policies in the Jail sytems, that costs the County money.
