Keylogging in Citrix

vThere is impervious to application based keyloggers. Here we demonstrate how a keylogger can grab information from a published citrix application on a host machine, but can't grab information within vThere.

This is stupid, the keylogger is installed localy not on the vThere image, that is the differece.

Thank you for your comment. The whole point is that the keylogger is installed locally on the host and not within vThere. vThere is meant to be deployed to an unmanaged machine (essentially a home machine that could have viruses and keyloggers installed). This shows how the security of vThere can really hold up against malware on an unmanaged home machine yet offer the user to securely connect to a company network.

Running VMWare or Citrix Desktop Server would give you the same advantage then, right?

As long as the keylogger is not installed on the displayed "image".
