Kano was a post-disco music project formed in 1979 by Italian-based producers/musicians Luciano Ninzatti, Stefano Pulga and Matteo Bonsanto who helped usher in a style of dance music called Italo-disco, a blend of 1970s disco and funk with the addition of synthesizers made by artists and producers in Italy.

Cosmic Voyager is a little different compared with their genuine style. A wonderful space track.

  • I use to listen to this track In a club name the Parade Disco in New Orleans La. Back In the day, this was sum deep NRG funk disco !!! Amazing !!!

  • ....My love of Cheese is so Great, You'd think I was French.

    Thanks.

  • this is pure synthpop baby

  • People usually call Kano Italo Disco, and while they certainly were pioneers in that genre I think Kano can't be defined by one genre. They did normal disco at first and this I would classify as something quite different from either of those. All good stuff tho.

  • THIS IS HEAVEN! BEYOND!!! wow ! te amos ! DANG!

  • @antblue363 yeah,- 81'- 83,- those years can never ever be replicated..

    Cheers..

  • 1981 was the best year ever for music, Buckaroo Banzai sounds good

  • I never had the pleasure to grow up in the golden age of Italo Disco, but when I discovered Kano in the middle of my high school days, fond memories definitely ensued. I always loved this particular track, reminded me of something out of an Atari game or something like that.

  • this sound too similar to amii stewart's knock on wood...

  • This music seems familiar, like one on the Mind's Eye videos...
