Nope - weekday reader from 96 - 2000; a relief presenter for Melborne from 2000 onwards, until ofcourse landing the 4.30 news gig in 2003.

Jenny Adams was the regular weekend reader at the time.

Unfortunately, whilst the Brisbane Lions may have won the AFL premiership it was on the same day the NRL's Brisbane Broncos couldn't make the Grand Final, losing a preliminary final against the NRL's Collingwood, the Sydney Roosters (The Roosters have lost the most NRL Grand Finals as well as Collingwood for the AFL).
