this actually does have a legitimate application. this would make automated book scanning cheap and easy.

The problem there is the lower right part of the right page is always covered by the wheel.

@jhwblender you can put a spring on the top of the wheel so it goes down as the pages lesson.

well, actually that design could only work on (estimate) pages 300 - 350ish :-)
