Sometimes the hardest part of a speech is what to talk about. I run into this issue a lot because I give so many speeches and I hate talking about the same topic twice. Many speakers will just work on one speech and do it multiple times, but my audience is the same every week so I must have some variety. I want to give you a couple resources that will make your 5 minute speech easy and entertaining.

Define the audience, and then what is your objective. If your audience is a bunch of housewives, there is probably no use in talking about an all night binge fest. Just write down 4-5 trends your audience likes, and go from there. Works everytime for me.
