Ice conditions in the Gulf of St. Lawrence, Canada are the worst on record this year. As a result, baby harp seals are struggling to survive on small pans of ice and at times are washing up on the beaches surrounding the Gulf. Harp seals are ice-dependent seals and without this stable, solid platform, their survival is put in jeopardy.

  • God said if you take away the seal hunt i have to take away the ice to help control the seal population.!!!!!!!!!

    BALANCE.!

  • The government should be paying you the 6 Million $ for your actions, and whoevers wants sealing donate to the sealers themselves.
