@MissRindaDiLibda: Having sexual fantasies is one thing (and very normal), but killing 17 innocent victims to satisfy your sexual needs is completely deranged. I know many feel sorry for Jeffrey in a way b/c he seemed depressed and a loner, but he also knew that what he was doing was wrong and would cause tremendous pain (physically and emotionally).

When it comes to sexual fantasies, do what every normal person does: Take your hand and jerk off! Don't kill people. Stop minimizing this.

The jury has come to a decision, we find Jeffrey Dahmer plead for insanity denied, and we find him not guilty... For the 15 counts of murder. Later that night, Dahmer wakes up in duck tape on the house were he committed most of these crimes. The roof has pictures of all of his victims, a strange man removes the tape from his mouth, Dahmer says who are you, The stranger reply's, I'm Dexter, Dexter Morgan, and this is my justice......

@mlc2005 Yeah, he knew right or wrong, but those urges to kill were uncontrollable. The best we can do is to lock him up for the rest of his life to get him away from the rest of society. Having more intense punishments for things don't reduce crime, in fact they increase it.

There's a percent of the population where they are going to commit crimes no matter what. Having greater punishments is only going to increase the risk of putting an innocent person to death for no reason.

@sk8tafrnk: "If he found a person who wouldn't leave his place..he wouldn't have bothered killing them." Well, that's what he says, but we will never know that for sure. My guess is that he would have gotten bored sexually with the guy who stayed after a while, and gone for his next victim. Dahmer always admitted that this whole thing was wrapped up in sexual arousal, and if you look at other sexual psychopaths, they tend to get bored after a while with the same person.
