I have posted what most of the Writing Written in blood at the End of the Game is:
i only decoded some of it myself most was not from me.
Decoded Verson:

Signs: Weird Religious Signs like eye of God and the eye of Oudis.

Apple: The Templar Treasure Is A Golden/Silver Apple. (Shaped)

Lettering One: The Lettering about the books lieing, and
prepurcing the truth is that all the books, have lied (like storyline says)
and have keepen things secret from humanity, from the past.

Lettering 2: Were it says he went into the Animus and never return.
(Email Verson) He Was In The Animus, And The Templars Killed Him in modern days
(subject 16) or (More Likely Verson) He Went Mad, His Anchester from the Animus
kind of controled his body and made him go crazy writting all of the stuff.

Chinese Lettering: It isnt Chinese Lettering Infact, Its Just Old Langauge
what they spoke and written like 1000 years ago, i Decoded it with microsoft
word 2008, and it reads: 'The Word Shall End On September 2012' Which is the
date that the game is set in, during The Modern Day Verson of the game.

Dates: Dates of when subject 16's Anchesters Lived, And times something
very serious happend, and their death day.

Lettering: 'Hunger Lies The Answers' Bit obvious, but its basicly if
you want answer go kill the guys, and get the answers and kill them,
and then food! Im not too sure with that descpription...

Animals: The Animals are the basic elder guys. Altair was eagle(his name litteraly means Eagle),
some may be spider like the templars, some monkey some scarab.

Yona
Guni: Yona guni is a japaniese island. probably where subject 16s ancestor was.

im not to sure about the rest here...

Circle with Star = Pentagram = faith & truth
or the circle could still be the pentagram but mean Evil..

I think the 3 circles together = symbol of the wind

The writing at the end i think means ...something to do with death and life, basically the game is giving you a little hint on what the next game is going to be about, i think it might have something to do with the Last guy who was trapped their and maybe when your character is in the animus he might go to japan to meet the ancestors of the last guy who was trapped, i also believe that he will learn to be an Assassian in the real world outside the animus, the game is foreshadowing that in a way because the present day character gained eagle vision at the end of the game, furthermore, i think that the nurse is an Assassian herself, remember when the doctor blamed the our present day character for calling the last of the Assassians to come break him out? I think the nurse called the last of the Assassians. When you read the nursess E-mail she is talking to a guy with no name or face and he asks her if she is being suspected which makes me believe more that shes an Assassians and what pretty much confirmed my theory about her was when she saved our character at the end of the game and when you look at her in eagle vision at the end of the game she is BLUE(blue marks friendlys and other Assassians).
