  • I believe it it a war between international providers of information to the public. The one who wins, wins the peoples trust. The safer the customer feels with one is going to be there choice................... YOu go google.........

  • I'm Chinese and I do not believe in mass media, I always think they are hiding something. But you must be very naive to believe that the information provided by private international corporations are not censored or politically oriented, no matter where you are.

  • Youtube's latest layout still sucks

  • Looks like China's growing domestic production is forcing out more foreign businesses than just Google.

  • I think Google was defeated by Baidu and US gov.

Baidu had already won by the market share in China.

I envy Chinese which can use domestic production.

    Japan was monopolized by American.

Though Google had censored in China,

Can we prove that Google don't censor in Japan?

  • I hope I'm not the only one who sees the irony in the set of mental giants here praising China and bashing Google via youtube, WHICH IS BANNED ENTIRELY IN CHINA. If you support China's position so much, perhaps you should stop using youtube.

  • Oh well, bye-bye China, when you wake up in 100 years, we will be ready to talk.

  • Google, just like any other company that do business in China, can pull out if they are displeased with the rules there. Please spare me the fire and brimstone on morality and freedom. After nine eleven, George Bush has instructed Google to provide all information/history on every single user it requests without telling the subscriber. Huge number of users were spied on. Obviously the American governmant is controlling it's population with greater finesse.
