The guy who made this video is named Wade and lives in Tacoma, Washington. Wade is the guy singing and his wife is the female voice. Keegan, their son (who just so happens to be me), is the one who did the LEGO setups. Wade did this as a project for law school. By the way, there is such a thing as Res Gestae.

This is awesome, I'm a German law student with American law as an additional subject. It may be inaccurate but we aren't covering everything in detail as you do. It certainly helped me remember the 803 exceptions for my exam tomorrow. And it proves that law doesn't have to be dull and boring :-) Great job! (Can't stop singing now thanks to you!)

lol this is pretty funny, but pretty inaccurate, i wouldnt exactly rely on this for anything other than a song to sing over and over when dying of boredom in the library

I agree with rphil312. When I hit those MBE hearsay questions, I immediately sing this song.

Love the "Schoolhouse Rock" parody! (Specifically, of the classic "Interjection" episode. Yup, that's right ....I'm a child of the 1970s.)

Darn! That's the end!
