Moves List/Description for Beginners Lesson SHOWN HERE IN THE VIDEO:
First Move with TURNOUT ( man is then holding ladies right hand with his left hand )Lady is then to your left.

Side to Side Shoulders ( twice )

Then give a very slight twist to ladies arm and pull her across in front of you to change sides ( CROSSOVER )
Man is then holding ladies left with his right hand. Wrap lady into your side with a rolling motion. When she is in full contact with full right side of your body and your shoes are touching, place your left leg out to your left to make a strong "A" frame. Then & ONLY THEN pull the lady towards you ( Astaire Lean )i.e. both of you lean to your left. Only a slight lean !
TAKE HOLD OF LADIES RIGHT HAND with your left and turn her out 2 turns clockwise.
Return her but continue onwards & down then forward slightly ( to signal the start of the American Spins )
Lady turns clockwise at the same time the man turns Anti-clocwise.
Return & repeat sequence

ADVANCED LESSON ( NOT SHOWN )
FALSE PRETZEL
Start holding with your left hand, offer your r behind your back. Start the pretzel, but let go with your left hand. Lady is then to your right & you are holding her left with your right.
LASSO LEAN first turn is over the ladies head, The next one & a half turns wrap her in to your right. All anticlockwise.
Take hold of ladies right hand.AND LEAN TO LEFT ( you are now in the same position as a basket move)
CHANGE HANDHOLD INTO BALLROOM GRIP with BOTH HANDS ........ready for.......
DIP LADY ( to your left ) keep your back straight. When this dip is done fully, both your arms are fully extended downwards, left hand to your left pocket area. ( lady needs to support herself.)
Bring lady into a SWIZZLE position, take your left hand to your right shoulder. turn release hand & re collect hand ( mans left to ladies r for REPEAT.

Oh heavens, Nick's back, which explains why we're all back to almost total darkness. To be honest, I couldn't even spot the "mark of the beast" on him in those clips where there was slightly better lighting, so I think he's being a little overcautious. Incidentally, you may observe that the dance floor on which he and Sandra are performing is what's called an "all-weather surface" variety, meaning that the weather will be the same whatever part of it you're dancing on.

None of these things. It's this embarrassing itch actually. I don't know whether it's the soap powder I'm using or I've been purchasing duff packs of suppositories. Whatever it is, it's driving me round the bend, particularly at night. Still, we shouldn't be discussing such things. I'll get back to saving the planet as soon as the hydrocortisone kicks in.
