@BrownNProudLatina It's LIKE a Mexican lasagna...lasagna is a casserole that's layered with meats & cheese and some sort of filler. You know darn good & well what I meant.

could you add black beans to the meat mix???

You can, but be sure to drain, rise and dry them VERY well. I added beans to a batch and it turned out too mushy for my taste. The flavor was great...but I didn't care for the texture

I will giv this a try. I love dorito casserole but I also need to cut bac on some of my fatty food affairs lol, so ima giv this a try jus cut bac on the fat and still hav all the good flavors thanks a bunch keep up the good work.!!
