Prototype - Kill Event 24: Overkill *Platinum Medal*

On the rooftop head towards the road on the north end. The idea is to try to get the soldiers to spawn as a group there. They will scatter fast so try to fly close to the middle of the group and perform the street sweeper move (attack button followed by special). As the rest spawn you can quickly take out single soldiers with a quick tap of the attack button. The whipfist automatically targets the soldier and unless they are running from you and are at a distance you should be able to kill him. Try to fight towards groups of soldiers and placing a well timed street sweeper as they scatter around you.

The final kill event isn't really that bad but spawn positions can be frustrating so the beginning became very important for me so that I could have a whole group of soldiers in a small area. I completely messed up the beginning but still managed to place a platinum during the final seconds. Also make sure to grab some health before attempting the event. I decided to start at the minimum health the event will let you begin with and as you can see I nearly died at the end. Nothing worse than to be on track to the plat medal and then have to detour to get some health. I'm wondering also that if I had gone further down the street towards the west if I could of trapped the respawning soldiers into that narrow strip. Dunno.. but if i manage it I'll post a response.

I might have another option for this event. I just jumped into the streets and the only thing I did was right click no targetting needed as it always auto targets a militairy. This is a long range single-unit killer and managed to get 40 kills with it in the required time.

i had a problem with zombies killing marines right before i did and auto targeting zobs instead of marines.

so i killed the hive and it was easy as hell!

@Crasheh You were truly a life saver, thank you so much for that comment. Managed 35-38 kills every time I attempted this, with or without infected presence in the area. Finally done with all events in the game. *phew* what a ride I tell ya... XD

for me the easiest method was to jump down in the clump that spawns, do 1 street sweeper, then spam y/triangle, guaranteed will work aftera time or 2

@ToasterHuman in the ps3 to do this combo you have to press SQUARE, TRIANGLE, TRIANGLE
