Athearn CSX SD45-2 with sound

* Watch In High Quality* Heres my new Athearn SD45-2 In CSX YN3. This is a awesome model, very crisp and very smooth rolling. It the genesis series with Tsunami sound. I just finished the weathering and i think it one of my best. The sound is very clear with no distortion. This video shows the start up and idle as well as just the overall apperance after weathering. I will post so running videos soon I just wanted to get one up ! Please let me know what you guys think!

they do have an EL version i got mine for 181$ but most internet sites list about 200$

@montyvox0510 Bro, I weigh my locomotives down to the max! I experimented with my Overland Models NS C40-9 it's now over 3lbs and pulls over 100 weighted cars. Its operation is a very smooth and slow prototypical takeoff. It hasn't hurt the gears whatsoever and its been 10 years now. I went to a buddy's house and used the C40-9 and one of my Proto 2000 SD60's to pull a 160 car train bro with no slippage. The P2K SD60 came from Life Like heavily weighted but I added more.
