The Championship Marching Wardogs under the direction of Frank Ross. This black and white "silent" movie given a soundtrack of John Phillip Sousa and put together by Debbi Smith East. This was back when marching bands did more military-type step drills than the dancing and standing more common today. Great memories. Drum majors were Tom Cordell and Tracy Thomas. The bass drummer closest to the stands: me.

  • Beauty in motion. LOVE it.

  • These were the "glory days" up to about 1976. After these years the bloom was off the Rose!

Frank Ross could be an ass hole, but he got results like no one else did before or since.

Hats off to a grand time in my life that I will never forget.

In Websters Dictionary we were the essence of the word "proud"!

Thank you , Mr. Frank Ross!!
