@substan, do you understand what private property is? do you understand what a market is? i dont think you do. do you know what the soviets, mao's china, and the russian revolution did? they tried to take away all private property and eliminate the market by giving the state control over resources. what resulted? millions of people dying.

In the context of this conversation, I think those are more accurately called possessions, whereas property is land.

Probably. I'm sure they didn't appreciate if another member of their tribe took their tools or their share of the food.

"without a market we're all basically dying on the streets"
If the absence of private property causes death, does that mean our paleolithic ancestors had private property too?
-
i agree

private property built civilization. without private property there can be no rational economic calculation, thus a market does not exist. and without a market were all basically dying on the streets.

why voting is supporting the state: watch?v=igbBItLemsM
the democratic process with a state or any sort of coercive monopoly is statism. you cant refute that.

One can make a solid argument that private property rights are the root of all inequity in the modern world. My understanding is that the Enclosure Act paved the way for capitalism.

Voting is like praying, a very important part of a religious movement that ultimately has no effect on the real world.

Despite what you say, hating the state does not preclude voting. By not voting, you lose one of the very few tools you have to sabotage the state. I suggest you consider casting votes for "protest candidates" or write-in candidates. Or just write "Homer Simpson" on the line.
Regarding democracy in general, you seem to be conflating it with statism, which is simply incorrect. Democracy is "rule by the people" -- which need not occur on a large scale.
