@sujoms lol i just meant it as a joke... even though she is a woman, she is in the elite athlete category... im just a recreational gym person, of the weekend warrior sort... i just started working with iron about a year.......

Everybody is better at something. This is more explosiveness. But probably she is much much waker that you in some slow motion weight training.

after watching this video, i tried C&J thinking it is gonna be easy since a girl weighing only 69kg could so much..... I managed only 60kg, and I am 76kg bw. lol..
