Traders seeking an edge are always keeping an eye out for interesting insider trading activity in a particular stock. Taking this a step further, there are certain characteristics that can be identified to really "kick" things up a notch. In the following two episodes, I am going to discuss some of those catalysts, along with a few examples. Stocks mentioned: NYSE:LLL, NASD:SONE

  • creepy robotic hand gestures, and droning jibber jabber lulled me into a quasi-hypnotic state. When I woke up my pants were unbuttoned and my wallet was missing. Thanks vlogution!

  • don't know about your pants (sounds like you need a girlfriend), but your wallet's gone because you apparently don't care to learn how to keep your money growing in it...

  • Well, in lieu of a response by the poster, I suggest this to those enamored by the claims.

    Caveat Emptor.

While this doesn't seem to be pure technical analysis, be wary of the results when they are shown after the fact.

  • 3. These two questions are independent of your methodology. The last is not. Your ex post facto analysis I'm sure is accurate. But I have found that TA is very good at Monday Morning Quarterbacking.

Respectfully, you requested me to come here so I hope you can answer these question.

  • 2. You explain volume and why its occuring and what it may mean. Essentially this is technical analysis. Why do you need the LLP? Again, why do you need to sell this information, when you could easily have programs to collect float, volume, etc.?

Is there significant fundamental research that plays a real, not for sake of disclaimer, role in your analysis?

  • As they say a fool and his money are soon parted.

    Please answer these questions:

    1. Why would one sell a program that's purpose is to make money?

  • Zeno its all jokes and haha with you. Phil warned me about you. He said you would blame him for the ponzi scheme. He said he pronounced it correctly but on account of his tooth it came out Fonzi. He also said the Fonz peaked years ago and you 'shoulda known better".

  • vloglution, I have to admit your a smart guy

  • The plan was simple, like my brother-in-law Phil. But unlike Phil, this plan just might work.
