@PasoPal2 So true. I know a two horses that will be entered in Largo races and they both stand at least 15.1hh. They are huge for pasos, part of the reason they will be used in Largo.

@pasofino1 I know of some for sail for only 250$ if your interested in paso fino horses. Im going to pick one up to morow i was just doing reaserch on the the horses. I have a courter horse and now im getting a paso fino so i can go rideing with some budy else it gets old rideing by my self. i was told some of the horses he bought cost him 5000$ and now he is geting rid of them for 250$ a peace.

Very nice looking paso :) How do you ride a paso and can you ride them in a western saddle or is it better to ride them in a gaited saddle ?? I might be getting a paso gelding soon but i have no idea how to ride a paso and what tack they use ect... any help would be greatly apreciated

@SnakesAndCupcakes I know of many people that use western saddles to ride their pasos. I personally use an abetta synthetic round skirt western saddle with semi quarter horse bars for trail. For show, you would have to use certain saddles and headgear. For headgear, you can use anyhting from a snaffle bit to traditional columbian bits or hackamores. A well gaited paso can gait with their head down, at leisure or lunging, etc. but the traditional way to ride is with the head up and back rounded.

pasos usually dont get much bigger than 14 i have known one that was 15 but never any bigger

@sabrinaburdynski There is more than a few I have known to be 15.2 to 16 hands tall.

remember if u show her she needs to be under something hands i forgot because just by looking at my horsey i can tell she is not to large!!!!!! =b

@DarksidesHeartless You are wrong in your comment. You can show in this breed whether your horse is 12 hands tall or 16 hands tall. It makes no difference on the height.
