  • @Aeromedic It's a bass trumpet, you are correct! For everyone else, go read the wiki! It says it right by his name haha

  • @SlovenskyRaj It's called a bass trumpet, basically a baritone but not haha, look it up!

  • Da müssen die Finger schnell sein Respekt

  • @ImaMuddaFukka Al Hirt's the Green Hornet and that note is a high D I think.

[Don't feel like looking at the music now :P]

  • @SlovenskyRaj @JinnyMic There are 2 basic constructs of Brass Instruments, Conical and Tubular. Trumpets, Trombones and French Horns are Tubular. Flugelhorns, Tubas, Euphoniums, Mellophones, Tenor Horns etc... are Conical. If Leonhard's horn were a flugelhorn of some form, it would have a MUCH less pronounced flare towards the end. It is in essence a Valve Trombone. And for the record, there is an instrument known as a "Flugabone" (a trombone range flugelhorn), but this isn't one.

  • @SlovenskyRaj

    Google Gansch Horn.
