The Clean Coal lobbyist want the EPA to reduce regulation that would cause them to slow down on polluting our environment. That same environment that our future children will need to live on this planet so they can make a huge profit today. They seem to be short sighted. Putting profit of people.

Yes, lets keep promoting a dirty abundant source of energy, which remind you was/is one of the leading energy sources for America during the recession. What has IT done for jobs lately? How about SLOW DOWN coal industry, stop caring about profits. A more sustainable source of energy will promote new industry, maybe with a slightly higher cost, but what about the higher health and environment risks associated with coal in the long run?

They are not proposing to cap volcanic emissions because those are natural emissions. The natural greenhouse effect is a good thing and enables the planet to be warm enough to support life. The natural carbon cycle was in equilibrium in terms of carbon flowing into an out of the atmosphere before the industrial revolution. It is the addition of human caused (anthropogenic ) greenhouse gas emissions that have tipped the scales and increased the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere.

Want the EPA to SLOW DOWN....just ask the U.S. Veterans Administration to take over the EPA, and it will take YEARS to get any action from these people!! They invented the word S L O W......
