This week you need to reassess your goals and make sure you have a concrete plan on how you will achieve them. Then you need to sit down for a couple of minutes a day (or as long as you want) and visualise yourself at your goal. It's important to plan how you will do it and visualise and accept that you CAN do it
Sorry about the delay, I really enjoyed this weeks mini-challenge :-)

I'm going to continue to eat 1200-1300 calories a day and try my hardest to exercise *every* day. I think that doing that will cause me to lose weight and get closer to my goal weight. I will try meditating about what I will look like! Can't wait to try it--seems very motivational!!

I found Mybodygallery to be the most realistic and useful site for seeing what my body might look like at a certain weight or size, its a project where a bunch of people submit body shots and their weights/sizes too. Its a huge motivation tool for me personally :3

I love the idea of thinking in more detail about what I will be like at my goal weight and to get visual representations of it. I am going to do that. I do see it as a challenge though because I tend to do mental exercises once or twice and forget it. A whole week of it is a good deal. I can do this. Lol. Thanks.

I've always been the kind of person to 'wing it' so this might be really helpful for me to keep on track. A little order in my life might just be exactly what I need.
Meditate? I've NEVER done that before! Wow, actually really excited about this.

If you work out around 6 hours a week with moderate to intense cardio, it is possible to lose 2lbs a week as you keep burning calories many hours after the workout.
I've done an experiment where I worked out for around 17 hours, food/ rest breaks in between and lost 14lbs, likely around 3lbs of fat and mostly water weight. It takes circuit training, tons of cardio, interval training and I can get down to around 5% BF, but it's not really healthy to stay at that. Wrestlers and boxers do it.
