  • standing ovation for the hat

  • I am surprised at some of the most demeaning low down nasty things said in respect to this woman, who is really a Godsend and an American blessing. I am praying for the people who chose to post these cruel comments. Aretha is remarkable and I am blessed to be able to have heard sang at the inauguration. It was a proud moment for all America. Long live the Queen!

  • Keep it real y'all... You know she didn't bother to learn the lyrics. She totally forgot what to say after my cunt tree tis of thee

  • @LikeAnEmployee My friends were laughing at that for days... My cunt tree?? lol

  • Josh groban's version is the best

  • Whitney Houston > Aretha Franklin.

Aretha had an awesome career and has had oodles and oodles of debt. I'm half suspecting she was hired to sing this just so she could pay off some of her debt. But sad to say, in this video, she is quite the has-been. Also, I tried on a replica of that hat by the same artist. ^.^

  • her voice used to be as beautiful as her hat is now

  • We I love listening to this, she has such a sweet angelic voice :D

  • America, Darlene Love, Tina Turner, and Aretha Franklin. Three more reasons if not three of the best reasons be proud to be an American.

  • @cbass3789 lol Opress us and We will kic your asses, and last time I checked, Half your people hate the royal family? lol.....LAND WHERE OUR FATHERS DIED< LET FREEDOM RING.

  • She is a great singer and will always be regarded as one of the great singers. Obviously people who judge are not singers and don't realize that when you get older your voice just isn't what it used to be. She still sounds great regardless.
