The unevenness of the audio is to distract. Focus on one or the other. I don't think 13IndigoChild had any part in the sound. If they can blast commercials into the bathroom then they can certainly turn volume up so loud you lose concentration on what is trying to be conveyed.

@DiabetesHalifax When NASA sends a multi billion dollar machine into orbit, they track EVERY piece of orbiting garbage in orbit. The garbage becomes part of the mission. More specifically, they avoid and monitor these items-what would you do? If the item was there in any prior instance, mission control wouldn't have need for verification. You may have a point about the context of the sound byte as it very well could pertain to a different incident but ask yourself, why stop the live broadcasts?
