Doesn't explain, why, if the kaiser & Nicholas II didn't want war against each other, why they did it. Were their ministers forcing their hand?

and now he said serbie agreed to austrias terms. that is just wrong too, they didn't agree to all of them. there were a few points in the ultimatum that were deliberately written for the serbians not to agree to them, like letting austrian authority investigate on serbian territory on the erzherzogs death. and this not agreeing gave them exactly what they wanted, they never wanted peace, they wanted the war and now they could have it.

actually that's not really the case. he says austria and europe was so peacefull until the emperor signed the ultimatum. that is just wron, europe was boiling for years and so many countries were just waiting for a reason to start a war. russia wanted to protect the slavic countries from austria, the slavic countries wanted to fight eachother for acces to the sea, while also wanting to fight austria, germany was gladly joining, france hated austria eversince, the reasons are endless.

It is an nice start as far as time line, kinda wish it would say how they got to that point in which a great war involving many countries happens... competeing imperialism, aliances to buster streath and the like.

Serbs did not declare war or attack austria&hungary it was other way around,even when every austrian attack failed to invade Serbia ,Serbs did not counter attack!
