About 80 people, including nearly two-dozen uniformed officers from the Atlanta Police Department, took part in a public forum Oct. 5 about the recent police raid at the Eagle. The event marked the first time LGBT activists, people arrrested in the Sept. 10 raid and police came together to discuss the incident. Richard Ramey, co-owner of the Eagle, also took part and addressed the crowd.
