  • Perhaps we need people to create small communities without corporate or government influence? I'm sure neither the US government or its corporate pals would like that very much if it got too out of hand. Look what happened to that small Raw Food co-op in California!

  • @sinkfaze " Nothing in life is free" You would have to be stupid to actually believe that, oxygen is free, having sex with someone you love is free, emotions are free last time I checked, food use to be free, free as in no currency or money needed, as for labor, people will work out of their own free will. You can't get a human to do a use less job unless you live in a monetary(currency) system like moving boxes around. Architects, Scientist, Farmers would still be around without capitalism.

  • @bonook8 I agree with Proteanview. What I was basically saying was that the government-corporate axis wants to keep people in their kind of society with their one-size-fits-all rules. They will sometimes go after those who want to create their own communities that are better tailored to their local and individual needs. I sincerely hope there are more people who create these small voluntary communities, the government and corporations be damned.

  • @danielinraleigh You are correct of course. But, so what? To give a shit about what criminals in government or corporations think, is to expose one's self as a coward. Paleo-Indians existed in small groups of no more than 50 people. More than this, seemed not to work. There was little choice but to cooperate, and no place to hide from accountability. The criminal minded were always close and required no long journey to confront. Proteanview has a valid point.

  • @libertykillingcons Real farming is the hardest work in the world.

  • I agree...but farming is really fucking hard, man. It's easier and nicer to work 40 hours a week, collect some pieces of paper that has artificial value attached to it, and then use those pieces of paper to buy stuff you want as well as need.

  • Dude, what's going on with your hair? A few videos ago it was short, but now it's long again. Wtf? How is that possible, bro? You into magic, bro? Huh, man? Lol.

  • @Tethloach1 "now you have to eat your words or else just don't watse my time" As far as who's wasting whose time, you're nothing but a liar about your so-called "ex-free market/anarcho-capitalist beliefs". Why don't you try eating YOUR words or quit wasting everyone's time?

  • @thegoodlocust However, Obama is changing that. When he does things like pass Obamacare and then gives waivers to everyone who donates to democrats then that is something you tend to see in African and South American countries - it is the definition of corruption and drives business away.

Pretty soon we'll be like Africa - loads of regulations unless you pay off the Big Man and an unsurprising lack of business investment and development.

  • @sinkfaze you siad nothing in life is free, now you have to eat your words or else just don't watse my time, speaking to a dogmatic person is like talking to a brick wall. Have fun with your distorted values in money( curency).

  • The problem with your argument is that it doesn't line up with reality. If you look at the countries that lower their corporate tax rates then you'll see that they are attracting business despite the high cost of wages in their countries.

The fact of the matter is that we have one of the highest corporate tax rates in the world - and one of the biggest regulatory burdens.

The only thing we've had going for us is a reputation for stability and a relative lack of corruption.
