I have been doing some research (only online though) and I have seen a few comments saying that it at first their skin was amazing, then it became dry, they broke out etc etc

What was your experience like?

well i just got my first micro done today and my skin felt amazing soft i'm not going to lie it did get dry right after which is why they offered to give me a hydrating mask which is what you should get if you go for microderm.

This does zero for acne
waste of time and money

does it work for mild acne?
i mean does it remove the acne left over brown spots?

Of course, it won`t improve severe acne scars!

Mine was very noticable. I had a lot of small bumps that I wanted to even out. I also had tons of red marks around my cheek marks and and temple areas (I had cystic acne). I would also suggest that you find a good place to do your microdermabrasion. My friend paid 240 bucks for only 2 sessions. I paid only 80 for 4. So yeah, good luck!
