The Happy Song on the surface seems to be about a girl who is so overworked, she has now reached the very vulnerable state of Delirium. In the state of Delirium, one may swing emotionally, mentally, even physically, quite irrationally, almost like a Pendulum.
This is also a song about daily struggles in life. There will be people, places, and things that will try to bring you down, and if you give in, you will swing from direction to direction, never attaining a true focus. Your focus comes from feeling confident within each individual struggle - having faith that YOU ARE STRONG ENOUGH to get back up and try again.
